These Clear Impression Terms & Conditions apply when you access, use or visit Clear Impression website located at www.clearimpression.co (the “Site”), and the services provided through the Site (the Site and these services constituting the “Service”). The Service is provided to you by Clear Impression Designs, LLC d/b/a Clear Impression (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “Clear Impression” “we,” “us” and “our”). You must agree to these Terms of Use in order to use the Service. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions at any time, please cease use of the Service.
- Privacy Policy. In connection with your use of the Service, please review our Privacy Policy, located at www.clearimpressiont.co/privacy-policy to understand how we use information we collect from you when you access, visit or use the Service. The Privacy Policy is part of and is governed by these Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy and agree that we may use information collected from you in accordance with its terms.
- Refund policy. Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at [www.clearimression.co] operated by Clear Impression. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 2 calendar days of your purchase. After the 2-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. - Project completion policy. Clear Impression has the right to terminate a project if a client fails to respond to the project design within 10 business days. If the client decides to resume the project, clients are required to pay $35 to resume the service(s).
- Clear Impression has the right to terminate a project if the client fails to submit their project design forms within 60 days of purchasing. If the client decides to resume the project, clients are required to resubmit $50 payment for the resume of service(s).
- I understand that Clear Impression is not responsible for any technical support, outside of the service selected.
- Email response time. Clear Impression will respond to all emails within 1-3 business days. If we will not make the 1-3 business day deadline we will reach out to the client.
